All orders are shipped free of charge. Box Agency does not charge shipping or handling for shipping packages via ground delivery in the 48 contiguous United States. This total includes only the cost of production but excludes any additional shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to their order. Box Agency does not cover import charges, customs fees, or other tax costs.
We use reliable courier companies for delivering our orders, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL, depending on the destination, size, and mode of delivery, which will enable safe deliveries for our custom packaging products.
Time frames for delivery begin from the point of final approval of the artwork. Normal delivery time takes about 18–25 days, priority delivery takes 10–14 days, while slow delivery takes 30–45 days. This time frame serves the contiguous United States.
The order has to enter production only after receiving final approval. If any approval has to be received after 11:00 a.m. EST, it will take one additional day for production to be set for shipment.
Box Agency works best to process and deliver the orders. We shall not be held responsible for any delays or losses due to production capacity or delivery conditions beyond our control.

Customers can track their shipment by using the tracking number provided by their sales representatives from the couriers’ official websites after an order has been shipped. The turnaround time starts only after the final box design proof acceptance by the customer. This ensures accuracy in design and size specifications. The time required for production and delivery dates is calculated from the date of final approval only.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may experience delays, additional charges, or reshipment costs. Box Agency is not responsible for delivery issues caused by address errors.
