Our turnaround time is around 16 to 20 business days, if you have any rush order then you can contact us to get faster turnaround time.
Unfortunately, there is no policy of free sampling before placing the order. What we can do for you is to adjust the charges of the sample in your main order cost i.e. we can offer some discounts on your actual order as compensation for the payment of the sample.

For urgent packaging orders, our production time is 4 to 8 business days whereas for normal orders, our production time is around 10 to 14 business days.
