What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity starts from 100 boxes, which means you have to order minimum 100 quantities of your order or more.

How do I get a custom quote for my order?

Ordering at Box Agency is a hassle. All you need to do is hit us on our chat support or visit our quotation page and fill in the required field to get started with your packaging journey.

How long does Production Take?

Production time is also referred to as the turnaround time in which the manufacturing process takes place. Generally, we take 7 to 10 business days to manufacture your packaging order, but for a more accurate time frame, please contact our chat support.

Where is your packaging produced?

The company’s main production facility is located in Texas, USA, but we have set up production facilities in several countries based on the type of order and the location of the plant.

Is it possible to get my desired box style if it is not listed on your website?

Yes. If you don’t see a box style on-site, then please let our design support know, and they will assist you with your desired box styles.

Can I place an order for rush delivery?

Yes. When filling out our quotation form or contacting us in our chat support, please indicate that you want rush delivery.

Payments, Cancellations, Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you want to cancel your order, please let our experts or the agent you talked to through your mail within 4 hours. Otherwise, your packaging order cannot be canceled.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we are using ACH and Payoneer services as our payment methods. Please let us know if you want to make a transaction with another platform at the prior hand.

What currencies do you accept?

We are currently accepting the following currencies: USD, POUND, and EUROS.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

If you have changed your mind about your order, you have to get back to us within 4 hours after you have placed your order. In case the delivered order has some issues, you can send that back to us, and we will reconcile it with manufacturing a new one.

Can I lower my pricing per unit?

To lower your price per unit, we recommend going wholesale by increasing your box quantity in bulk. Please note that pricing also gets affected by the choice of material, add-ons, and finishing options you choose.

Do I have to pay for plates or die?

No. We do not incur any charges for plates or die charges. The order receipt you will receive will not incur any hidden charge.

If I print in Pantone instead of CMYK, will it cost more?

Yes. The price of Pantone color inks is higher than for CMYK color inks. It may also be necessary to clean the printing equipment and plates between each ink used, and multiple passes may be required when using more than one Pantone color.887

How much do foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and spot UV cost?

The cost of foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and spot UV varies based on specific requirements such as style, size, and order quantity. Customizations and volume significantly influence the overall pricing for these specialized printing processes. 

For accurate cost estimates, it is advisable to consult with printing services and provide detailed specifications for a tailored quote.

Samples & Services

Can I purchase a sample before placing an order?

Yes, we offer samples for your convenience. Please note that there is a separate charge for samples. Feel free to inquire about obtaining a sample before placing your order.

Do you provide samples or digital proofs before starting production?

Yes, we provide samples and digital proofs before commencing production, ensuring your satisfaction with the final product.

Do I need to send you my products to create a structural design?

It’s not necessary, but you may if you want to. We can create a structural design based on the provided product specifications and dimensions without requiring physical samples.

What Do you mean by Pre-Production Sample?

A pre-production sample is a prototype created before mass production. The process gives clients a chance to review the final product’s design, quality, and specifications before full-scale production begins.

Do you provide revisions of the initial structural design?

Yes. If you find any error or issue in the digital file before it goes to production, you can have it changed. Once it’s in manufacturing, it won’t get changed or revised.

How do white and Kraft boards differ?

Whiteboards have a bright, clean appearance, offering a polished look. Kraft boards, being brown and unbleached, provide a natural, rustic aesthetic. The primary distinction lies in color and style.

Is it possible to print inside & outside the box?

Yes, you can print on the inside and outside of the box. This means you can customize and design both parts for a complete and personalized look.

Why is printing on kraft paper more expensive?

Printing on kraft paper can be more expensive due to its natural color, which may require additional ink or special printing processes to achieve vibrant colors, impacting production costs.

Which types of printers do you use?

We use offset printers, digital printers, and UV printers to print your packaging orders.

What are offset, flexo, and digital printing?

Offset printing uses plates, flexo employs flexible relief plates, and digital involves electronic files. Offset is cost-effective for large quantities, flexo suits packaging, while digital allows for on-demand, variable printing.

How does height affect mailer box prices?

The height of mailer boxes can impact prices as it influences material usage and shipping costs. Taller boxes may require more material and may incur higher shipping expenses.

What is flute in packaging?

Flute in packaging refers to the wavy layer between liner board sheets in corrugated cardboard. It provides strength, insulation, and cushioning, with various flute profiles offering different performance characteristics for packaging applications.

How do I measure box and packaging dimensions?

To get your box dimensions, you would need to measure your product’s length, height, and width.

What materials do you use for mailer boxes?

We use sturdy materials like corrugated cardboard or kraft paper for mailer boxes. These choices ensure durability, protection, and eco-friendliness, maintaining the integrity of your products during shipping.

How are rigid boxes made?

Rigid boxes are crafted from thick cardboard, known as chipboard. The process involves cutting and creasing the material, followed by wrapping it with high-quality paper or fabric for a robust and elegant finish.

Which rigid box style is the most expensive?

It is true that rigid boxes can be costly; however, those with partial or full covers, magnetic closure, or shoulder and neck attachments are the most costly.

What type of inserts do you provide?

We provide a wide range of custom inserts, including foam inserts, cardboard inserts, and promotional inserts.

Can you help design custom inserts for my products?

Yes. Our design support can help you choose the best insert if you need a custom design for your inserts.

Design, Finishing & Add-ons

What standard finishes do you provide for boxes?

We offer gloss, matte, varnishing, soft-touch, and aqueous coating as our standard finishing options.

What format should I provide my artwork to you in?

If you have an artwork, please share it with us in the following formats for vector files: PDF, AI, PSD, and SVG, and if you have an image to share, please send it in the following formats: JPEG, PNG, and TIFF.

How do colors look when printed on kraft paper?

It is possible to print on kraft paper with colors, but it will appear dull as compared to others.

Can you provide me with a dieline template?

Yes. If you want your custom box dieline template, please ask our design support once you have placed your order with us.

Do the colors on my screen match those on the box?

No. You see colors on your screen in RGB format, and when printing, CMYK format is used. By matching its PANTONES, we can recreate the closest possible color for your box.

What type of ink do you use?

We use SOY ink, oil ink, and water ink to print your packaging. All of these inks imply CMYK and PANTONE (PMS).

What is debossing?

Debossing is a printing technique that involves pressing a design into a material, creating a depressed (indented) area. It adds a tactile and visually appealing dimension to the surface.

What materials do you provide?

We offer cardboard, kraft stock, and corrugated cardstock to manufacture your packaging solutions.

What is the difference between a matte and glossy finish?

A matte finish has a non-reflective, flat surface, offering a subtle and elegant look. In contrast, a glossy finish is reflective and shiny, providing a vibrant and polished appearance.

What is a soft touch?

A soft touch is a finish that adds a velvety, tactile feel to printed materials. It creates a smooth, luxurious surface, enhancing the overall sensory experience.

What is the difference between varnish and lamination?

Varnish is a clear liquid coating applied to printed surfaces for protection and aesthetics. Lamination involves bonding a thin plastic film to paper, providing durability, water resistance, and a glossy or matte finish.

Is your packaging 100% recyclable?

We offer packaging made from Kraft, corrugated, and card stock that are 100% recyclable.

Is my packaging biodegradable or compostable?

It depends on what material you choose. For example, if you are going with the Kraft stock, then it is 100% biodegradable.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We use environmentally friendly packaging on all our boxes.

What's the difference between biodegradable and compostable?

Biodegradable refers to items breaking down naturally, while compostable items specifically decompose into nutrient-rich soil in controlled composting conditions.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

It typically takes 14-16 days for production and shipping to complete. In contrast, if you require your boxes on an urgent basis, it may take 7-10 days to deliver.

What shipping options do you have available?

When it comes to business, we prioritize customer satisfaction, which is why we only work with reputable shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

What countries do you ship to?

Our company accepts orders from all over the world, which is why we deliver worldwide.

How do you determine the cost of shipping?

We provide free shipping services, which means you don’t have to worry about the cost; it’s on us.

How will my packaging be shipped to me?

The box type determines the assembly method; for example, rigid boxes can’t be folded, so they are packed as fully assembled, while cardboard boxes like tuck end and auto lock boxes have flexibility, so they are packed partially assembled.

Can I arrange for my own shipping?

No, you can’t arrange your own shipping as we offer free shipping for all of our orders and dispatch them together.

Can I combine my orders for shipping?

Yes, if you have two different orders in manufacturing that you would like to be delivered together, you can contact our sales team, and we will coordinate delivery.

Does my mailer box need extra packaging when being shipped?

Since the mailer box already functions as a shipping box, adding more packaging does not matter, so we can deliver it independently.

Does my rigid box need extra packaging when being shipped?

Yes, rigid boxes require additional packaging since they are delivered assembled, so they need additional protection, especially on the corners.
