Due to the custom nature of our printing services, you must approve printing proofs when placing an order. You have a 6-8 hour window to cancel an order after approval; otherwise, cancellation charges apply. No cancellations are guaranteed after 12-14 hours, and full payment, including product, custom design, and shipping charges, will be imposed.
We reserve the right to provide or discontinue services without compensation for any resulting losses due to price changes.
Our design and printing team creates electronic or hard copy data from your submitted artwork files. Files must be submitted in 300 dpi and CMYK format to avoid printing issues and color distortions.
Submitted artwork should be your property, and we do not accept inappropriate content for printing. We will not be responsible for any printing issues or color changes if the submitted files do not meet the specified requirements.
The authority to receive, accept, or reject payments is retained by Boxes Agency. Based on our discretion, we may impose limitations on the quantity of items per individual or per product purchase, and we reserve the right to cancel orders at any point. It is your responsibility to furnish accurate details, including your name, contact information, address, and credit card details when making a purchase on the site. Providing false information may result in termination of services. Ensure the accuracy of your credit card details, including the expiry date, for successful transactions.
Given the custom nature of our packaging service, inform us at [email protected] within three business days of any faulty or defective product. While refunds may not be issued, we strive to satisfy you by reprinting and modifying the product according to your specifications. The new product may take 6 to 7 working days for delivery.
Custom design, coloring, or printing may take 4-5 working days, with shipment expected within 2-3 business days. Production and printing commence after the complete uploading, reviewing, and acceptance of your artwork files. Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays in shipment or delivery. Refunds for delays during printing due to technical faults will be provided.
Prohibited actions include engaging in illegal activities, coercing others to do so, violating our intellectual property rights, providing false information, attempting to collect personal information from others, engaging in phishing or spamming, dishonest use of our information or services, or any actions that compromise the safety of our website. Engaging in such activities may result in the cessation of our services and legal action.
