Copyrights And Trademarks

 

You’re in charge of how you use any content along with other materials you add to your products. Don’t put in anything that belongs to someone else—like text, images, logos, or designs—unless you’ve got the okay from the rightful owners. Promise that what you make won’t step on anyone else’s toes, like copying their work or saying something mean about them. Also, make sure you’ve got all the rights and permissions you need to use materials from other people. When you order from this site, you’re saying you’ve got the green light to do it and you’re letting Box Agency make your Products for you.

Customer Content

 

You’re the one calling the shots when it comes to how you use Content alongside any other elements like images, graphics, or text in your Products. No sneaking in someone else’s stuff without their permission, okay? You promise not to slip in any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work from a third party into your Products unless you’ve got the green light from the owners. You swear up and down that your Products aren’t stepping on anyone else’s toes, whether it’s copyright, trademark, the right of publicity, or privacy.

 

They won’t be dragging anyone’s name through the mud either. Plus, you’re making sure you’ve got all the necessary rights or permissions to toss any third-party material into your Products. When you hit that order button on this Site, you’re saying you’ve got all the necessary clearance and you’re giving Box Agency the thumbs up to whip up those Products on your behalf.

 

Any content you create or share on this website is solely your responsibility. This means you’re accountable for anything you upload, post, or send through the site. It’s important to follow the rules for online behavior and make sure your content is acceptable. Don’t share anything inappropriate, illegal, or that violates someone else’s rights. We can’t control everything that’s posted here, so we can’t guarantee that everything is accurate or of high quality. We won’t be held liable for any offensive or objectionable content you come across.

 

By signing up for an account, you’re agreeing to take care of your password and who can get into your account. You’re responsible for anything ordered or done on your account, whether it’s you or someone else using it. When you or someone you allow orders something using your password, you’re giving Box Agency permission to use the designs or content you provide. This means they can store, reproduce, modify, and display your content both on their website and on any printed products.

 

You understand that Box Agency and its representatives have the authority (but not the obligation) to take down any content that breaks the rules or might be seen as inappropriate. Box Agency can keep this content and might share it if required by law or if it’s necessary to: (a) follow legal procedures; (b) uphold the rules; (c) respond to claims that the content harms others’ rights; or (d) safeguard the rights, property, or safety of Box Agency, its users, and the public.

Design Files

 

At Box Agency, we offer design files at a resolution of 72 DPI, which is a bit lower. If you need higher quality designs, you can reach out to us, and we’ll gladly provide you with a quote for purchasing those higher resolution files.

Customer Submitted Artwork

 

For any artwork or designs you submit, please ensure they’re in CMYK format and have a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Keep in mind that any color changes resulting from converting RGB to CMYK are not our responsibility. Additionally, if your images appear fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to the artwork you’ve provided, we cannot be held accountable for that either.

Proofing and Matching

 

Before we start printing, we need your thumbs up on the final design and job details. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you proof of the design and a job sheet by email. Take a good look at the job sheet – it’s got all the important stuff like when your order will arrive and how fast we’ll make it. Make sure everything looks right because once you give the green light, we’re good to go. Remember, it’s up to you to double-check the proof for any mistakes or changes. We recommend printing it out full-size to catch any errors in spelling or layout. If you spot anything, let us know right away. Once you’re happy and give us the okay, we’ll send your design and job details to the printing team, and off we go!

 

Box Agency isn’t responsible for how colors look on screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs show how the design, text, and images will be laid out, but they might not show the exact colors. Box Agency will do its best to match colors in duo-tone prints, but it’s not guaranteed unless customers ask for a color match proof. Also, using lamination might change how the colors look on the final printed product, and Box Agency isn’t responsible for that either.

Materials

 

Just a heads up, the paper we use for printing our products isn’t meant for food. If you need food-grade paper, just give us a shout before you order, and we’ll make sure to sort it out for you.

 

Before we print, it’s important that you double-check and approve the design to make sure everything looks just right. You’re responsible for making sure all the details are accurate and that you’re happy with how it looks before we proceed with printing.

 

At Box Agency, we want to make sure you’re happy with your printed products, but we can’t be responsible for mistakes that happen for these reasons:

  1. Mixing up where to put pictures and using the wrong type of writing style or size.
  2. Mistakes in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  3. Improperly Cut Shapes, Slits, or Flawed Folds
  4. Finalized Product Size

Color Accuracy And Hardcopy

 

At Box Agency, we strive to match the colors in your print-ready files as closely as possible. However, because of differences in printing processes, surfaces, and ink requirements, we can’t promise an exact match. We aim for about 90% accuracy from the final proof you approve. If you want to ensure color reproduction, you can order a hardcopy proof for an extra fee. Keep in mind that we’re not liable for any variations between your submitted files and the actual product.

Indemnity

 

By using Box Agency, you promise to protect and defend Box Agency and anyone they’ve partnered with to provide content, along with their directors, officers, and staff, from any claims, costs, or damages, including legal fees, that arise from two situations: if you break the rules laid out in the Terms and Conditions, or if someone sues because of something you added to a product on the site that wasn’t already there as part of the standard content.

Order Cancellation

 

If you want to cancel your order before it’s printed or shipped, you can do so with Box Agency. But once your item is shipped, it can’t be canceled. Depending on where your order is in the production process, there might be cancellation charges, but our Customer Service Team will let you know about those.

 

  • You can place your orders online.
  • Our design department handles revisions for orders.
  • Orders are forwarded to the printing press.
  • The shipping company gathers up the orders and sends them out for delivery.

 

You can cancel your order anytime before it reaches stage 2 without any fees. If you cancel your order in stage 1, there will be a charge of $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover processing and design fees. In stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount will be deducted if you cancel to cover design costs. If you decide to cancel in stage 3, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but there’s no guarantee, and a minimum of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted. Once your order hits stage 4, it’s locked in and cannot be canceled.

Design Orders

Once you’ve made a successful order for design services, refunds won’t be provided.

Returns and Refunds

 

Because each order is special, once you’ve bought it, it’s yours to keep. If we mess up, we’ll fix it by reprinting, but we don’t offer refunds or credits otherwise.

Re-prints

 

If you find any problems with your order from Box Agency, like things are broken or missing, please let us know within 3 business days of getting your delivery. We can’t help with any issues reported after that time, so it’s important to reach out to us quickly.

 

To get new items, you need to send back almost all of what you got within 10 days after it arrives. Remember, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs. Plus, make sure you get written permission from Box Agency before sending anything back, or they won’t accept your return.

 

Unfortunately, we can’t refund any fees for speeding up printing or shipping, even if you return your order. This policy applies across the board, without exceptions.

Order Shipping And Delivery

 

When you’re ordering from Box Agency, you can choose from these product options:

 

STANDARD (Delivery Time Not Assured):

  • Shipping within the 48 contiguous states is free when using ground shipping.
  • Your order typically gets sent out between 10 to 14 business days after you’ve given the final approval on the proof.
  • With our Standard Service, we can’t promise an exact delivery time for shipping

 

Priority – Your order will definitely ship within 8 business days:

  • Free ground shipping to anywhere in the 48 connected states.
  • After you approve the final proof, your products will be shipped within 8 business days.

 

Express-Promise your order will be sent out within 6 business days:

  • You get free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
  • Your products will be sent out within six business days once you’ve given the final approval for the proof.

 

To make sure your order ships on time, we need your final approval before 11:00 AM EST. If we don’t get it by then, we’ll need an extra business day to get everything ready for you.

 

Box Agency promises to promptly print and send out your orders. However, if there are any delays in the process of making, shipping, or delivering your products, we can’t be held responsible for any resulting issues or damages.

 

Customers of Box Agency understand that delays in shipments may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as technical glitches, weather conditions, delays from shipping companies, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. The dates for shipment and delivery provided by Box Agency are estimated based on information from our suppliers and past order history. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

 

At Box Agency, we do our best to deliver on time, but sometimes things beyond our control can cause delays, like equipment issues or technical glitches. If there are any delays in printing or shipping your order, we’ll refund any rush charges or expedited fees if they are applicable. Please note that orders can’t be canceled just because of delays in printing or shipping.

 

When you buy from Box Agency and live outside the United States, you need to remember to pay any customs duties or fees for your goods. It’s your job to sort out customs clearance for items delivered to other countries.

Damaged And Lost Packages

 

Before you accept your delivery, make sure to check all packages for any visible damage or if anything seems to be missing compared to what’s listed on the packing slips or invoices inside. If you do notice any damage or missing items, let both Box Agency and the delivery courier know right away. Remember, Box Agency can only address claims for damaged or missing items if you report them within 3 business days of getting your order. Also, if there are any mistakes or damage caused by the shipping company, Box Agency isn’t responsible.

 

When you order something from us, we often include a few extra pieces for free. Sometimes, though, you might receive a shipment with a few less pieces than you ordered. This is because, in the printing industry, it’s normal for there to be slight variations – we might give you a little more or a little less, but it usually stays within 5% of what you asked for. So, if you really need an exact number, we recommend ordering about 10% more than you think you’ll need, just to be safe.

 

If you make a mistake with your shipping address, and we have to send your package again, there may be extra charges for shipping and handling.

Disclaimer of Warranty

 

The website and everything on it are given to you just as they are, without any promises or guarantees. This means we can’t guarantee that everything will work perfectly all the time. Sometimes there might be mistakes or interruptions. Also, if we mention products or services from other companies, it’s just to let you know about them. We’re not saying they’re perfect or promising anything about them.

Limitation of Liability

 

Box Agency and its partners won’t be held responsible for any special, unexpected, indirect, or resulting damages from using the site, like losing data or profits. This includes any problems with products or services you order, even if they’ve been warned about the possibility of damage. They’re not liable for mistakes, viruses, or delays either. If you use the site inappropriately or without permission, they’re not responsible for any damages or problems that come up as a result.
