These are made from durable materials to preserve and protect apparel and cosmetic products during transportation. These mailers come in professional and neutral colors making them ideal for e-commerce product packaging, gift boxes, and subscription boxes. Compostable mailers are durable and stylish and have custom shapes that match the size of your item. These are air-tight packaging sealed by using tapes, fol-over flaps, and adhesives to avoid any damage. In compostable bubble mailers, additional bubble wrappings can be used to provide extra cushioning for delicate accessories, unique handicraft items, and expensive clothes.
We use the following high-quality FSC-certified Materials Polylactic acid (PLA), Polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT), and kraft paper to manufacture custom compostable mailers.
Compostable mailers are composed of eco-friendly material like kraft paper, Polylactic acid (PLA) and Polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBA). These materials are extracted from plant based resources and are as durable as plastic mailers. They decompose quickly, only taking 90 to 120 days to break down completely. Our compostable poly mailers are reusable with a new or second adhesive tape. The ink we use is either water-base or soy-based to grab the attention of our eco-conscious customers. Submit artwork in vector format (PDF, AI, EPS) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure clarity in printing. Raster images (JPEG, PNG) should also meet the same DPI requirements.
Include a 0.125" (3mm) bleed on all sides of your design to prevent cutting errors. Ensure that important text and logos are within the safe zone, at least 0.25" (6mm) from the edge.
Use CMYK color mode for accurate print colors. Avoid RGB, as colors may shift during printing.
Convert all text to outlines and ensure font size is at least 6 pt for readability. Line weights should be a minimum of 0.25 pt to avoid disappearing during printing.
Always review a digital proof of your artwork before finalizing the print to ensure accuracy.
