File Format & Resolution

Submit artwork in vector format (PDF, AI, EPS) with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure clarity in printing. Raster images (JPEG, PNG) should also meet the same DPI requirements.

Bleed & Safe Zone

Include a 0.125" (3mm) bleed on all sides of your design to prevent cutting errors. Ensure that important text and logos are within the safe zone, at least 0.25" (6mm) from the edge.

Color Mode

Use CMYK color mode for accurate print colors. Avoid RGB, as colors may shift during printing.

Fonts & Line Weights

Convert all text to outlines and ensure font size is at least 6 pt for readability. Line weights should be a minimum of 0.25 pt to avoid disappearing during printing.

Proofing

Always review a digital proof of your artwork before finalizing the print to ensure accuracy.
